Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has come out to insist that Jude Bellingham’s two-match ban was exaggerated. He recently confirmed that the club will appeal the suspension, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the ex Borussia Dortmund midfielder never insulted the referee during his outburst, and he only protested the wrong decision at the end of the game.

Ancelotti added that the league decided to evaluate the aggressive way he approached the referee, but the sanction still isn’t correct.
His words, “Bellingham’s sanction? We have appealed because we think the sanction is exaggerated. It was not an insult, the minutes say it. They have evaluated the aggressive way to approach the referee. Bellingham protested, like everyone else. Many do it more exaggerated than him. And nothing else. We think that the sanction is not correct.”
